Meet the Author

Nick Seluk wrote The Awkward Yeti in the later part of 2012, before writing its spinoff, the Heart and Brain, in 2014.

Nick followed his ultimate life goal of becoming a cartoonist on a professional level after serving nine years as a graphic designer in the corporate world. Growing up, he got his inspiration from classics like The Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, The Simpsons, and Garfield.

Nick resides in the suburbs of Detroit with his wife, three young children, and a lovable, ornery old dog.

Heart and Brain, and an increasing crew of organs can be found at theAwkwardYeti.com and on most social media platforms.
