Why are my items shipping separately?
Some products are kept in stock, while others are produced on-demand (those will indicate additional production time). Orders that are kept in stock ship 3-5 days per week.
If you order an on-demand product and an inventoried product (for example, a t-shirt or mug and a button) they will ship separately.
If you order multiple in-stock items along with a preorder, the entire order will be held until the preorder release. To expedite shipping of the other products, please order them separately (does not apply to on-demand items like t-shirts and mugs)
Preorder delivery time will be updated on the product page. Please note that the delivery schedule may change from the original estimate.
Preorders may be canceled before shipping begins, just email store (at) theawkwardyeti (dot) com with your order number and you'll be refunded in full.
If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, or incorrect, simply reply to your confirmation email to get your issue resolved. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.
There are no exchanges or print-on-demand items, please reference the size charts and read descriptions carefully. This includes t-shirts, pillows, tote bags, mugs and prints. This is because they are produced one at a time and I don't carry others in stock.
Holiday Shipping times:
Before ordering for holidays or a specific event like a birthday, note that many of my products are produced on demand and take extra time to arrive. Plan ahead at least 3-4 weeks if you're in the US; 5-6 weeks outside of the US.
