TheAwkwardStore.com is the official source for products designed by the Awkward Yeti. If your question isn't addressed below, you can contact store support here. Emails are usually answered within 1-2 business days.

 

When do my items ship?

We process orders Monday - Friday during regular business hours.  After your order is placed, we'll get it packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

 

Will my delivery instructions be included?

For domestic orders please visit 

https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm, and click "I need to manage a package I'm receiving" and follow the instructions.  

 

For international delivery instructions, please visit UPS tracking and enter your tracking number where you can see your parcel's progress.  There is a space to leave a note for your driver.  If your package is out for delivery, a note on the door is the best option, as the driver may not receive electronically communicated information. 

 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes!  We ship worldwide, and have yet to meet a place where the Awkward Yeti has not visited. 

 

How long does it take to arrive?

Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days.

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive to allow for customs processing.

 

How are my items shipped?

Domestic USA orders are shipped using USPS. Currently, expedited shipping options are Priority and Priority Express that are selected at checkout. 

 

International orders will ship via GlobalPost, USPS or UPS.

 

Shipping Prices & Customs Fees

Customs fees are NOT collected at checkout.

 

Shipping prices are determined by a parcel's weight and box dimensions. 

 

Why are my items shipping separately?

Poster prints will ship separately to minimize damage while in transit. 

 

Delivery to a hotel:

We will ship to any address you indicate.  For hotel deliveries, please contact the front desk to alert them to your parcel.  Keep in mind our order processing and typical domestic delivery times. 

 

Preorders:

If you order multiple in-stock items along with a preorder, the entire order will be held until the preorder release. To expedite shipping of the other products, please order them separately.

Preorder delivery time will be updated on the product page. Please note that the delivery schedule may change from the original estimate.

Preorders may be canceled before shipping begins, just email store (at) theawkwardyeti (dot) com with your order number and you'll be refunded in full.

 

Returns / Exchanges:

If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, or incorrect, simply reply to your confirmation email and we will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference. 

 

There are no exchanges for apparel items, please reference the size charts and read descriptions carefully. 

 

Holiday Shipping times:

Holidays, especially winter holidays can be more unpredictable due to snow storms and increased volume being shipped overall. Plan ahead, order early! US orders should be placed at least 2 weeks before you need it, and International 4 weeks before. Custom art requires more time, read the product description for details.

The Awkward Yeti does not have any physical store locations, but products can be found in some stores. Contact local retailers to request our products!
