ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*By checking this box I understand that this international shipment may be subject to import taxes/customs duties and fees, which are my responsibility to pay. These charges are calculated once the shipment reaches my country. The Awkward Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.*
- If you order multiple in-stock items along with a preorder, the entire order will be held until the preorder release. To expedite shipping of the other products, please order them separately (does not apply to on-demand items like t-shirts and mugs).
- Preorder delivery time will be updated on the product page. Please note that the delivery schedule may change from the original estimate.
- Preorders may be canceled before shipping begins, just email store (at) theawkwardyeti (dot) com with your order number and you'll be refunded in full.
- If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, or incorrect, simply reply to your confirmation email to get your issue resolved. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.
- There are no exchanges for print-on-demand items, please reference the size charts and read descriptions carefully. This includes t-shirts, pillows, tote bags, mugs and prints. This is because on-demand items are produced one at a time and are not carried in stock.
